   • Secretary of State must be abe to verify your business is in good standing
   • No judgments, bankruptcy, or excessive inquiries
   • Show percentage of ownership for each officer
   • Officers in place with corporation for the previous one year
   • Must be a corporation or LLC
   • Your personal credit guarantees the line of credit, but the credit shows up on your business credit
